Trial and Refund Policy

1. Online Demo

Before purchasing a subscription, you may apply for a 14-day online demo through our website. After approval, you will receive demo credentials and have full access to all platform features in a hosted environment managed by Coomia.

The online demo is provided at no cost and does not require payment information. This allows you to fully evaluate Coomia Data Intelligence Platform before making a purchase decision.

2. Purchase and Subscription

Coomia Data Intelligence Platform is offered as a private deployment annual subscription. After purchase, you will receive an email containing your license key and deployment documentation.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. At the end of your license period, you may choose to renew manually. We will never charge you automatically for a renewal.

3. Refund Policy

Full refund within 30 days: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. No questions asked.

No refund after 30 days: After the 30-day refund window has passed, we are unable to process refunds for the current subscription period.

Upon receiving a refund, you must uninstall all copies of the Software from your infrastructure, destroy or return all license keys, and confirm in writing (via email) that you have completed these steps.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but your license remains active until the end of the current subscription period.

Since subscriptions do not auto-renew, you will not be charged again unless you explicitly choose to renew.

5. Legal Exceptions

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Where required by applicable law (including but not limited to EU or UK consumer protection regulations), we will provide refunds as mandated by law.
