1. 14-Day Free Trial
When you subscribe to Coomia DataGPT, your subscription automatically enters a 14-day free trial period.
- No charges will be made to you during the free trial period.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time before the trial ends.
- If you cancel before the trial period ends, no fees will be charged.
2. End of Trial and Paid Subscription
If you do not cancel before the end of the 14-day free trial:
- Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
- The system will charge your selected payment method at the end of the trial period.
- After successful payment, your subscription will enter the corresponding billing cycle (monthly or annual).
3. Refund Policy After First Payment
Once the free trial ends and the first payment is successfully processed:
- All subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
- No refunds are provided for unused time, accidental purchases, or failure to cancel in time.
Unless otherwise stated, this policy applies to all subscription plans.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- Canceling during the free trial incurs no charges.
- Canceling after payment stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing cycle.
You can continue using the service until the end of the current paid period.
5. Legal Exceptions
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Where required by applicable law (including but not limited to EU or UK consumer protection regulations), we will provide refunds as mandated by law.
