Welcome to Coomia. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website coomia.com and our product DataGPT (“Software”), an AI-powered, self-hosted analytics assistant developed and maintained by an independent developer based in China (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. License
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for your personal or organizational needs.
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Software or its license mechanism.
2. Payment and Delivery
Payments are processed securely via Paddle or other authorized resellers. After successful payment, you will receive an email containing your license key and setup instructions.
3. Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. See full Refund Policy.
4. Updates and Support
License holders receive updates and patches released within their license period.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Software will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or error.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coomia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Software.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses found to be in violation of these Terms, including unauthorized redistribution or commercial use beyond the agreed license scope.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation.
If unresolved, such disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Singapore for final resolution.
